The library of Vinayak Vidnyan Mahavidyalaya, Nandgaon Khandeshwar, Dist. Amravati, has certain rules and regulations in place to ensure smooth functioning and to maintain a peaceful environment for all users. Some of the important rules and regulations are:

1) Library Timings – The library timings are from 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM. Users are required to follow the timings and leave the library before the closing time.

2) Library Membership – All students, faculty members, and staff of the institution are eligible to become library members. Users must produce their college identity cards and get them registered at the library to become members.

3)Borrowing Privileges – The borrowing privileges are as follows:

• Students can borrow two books at a time for a period of 7 days.
• Faculty members can borrow four books at a time for a period of 15 days.
• Non-teaching staff can borrow two books at a time for a period of 7 days.

4) Renewal of Books – Borrowed books can be renewed for an additional period of 7 days if there is no demand from other users.

5) Overdue Fine – Users are required to return the borrowed books on or before the due date. In case of delay, a fine of Rs.1 per day will be charged for each book.

6) Loss or Damage of Books – Users are responsible for the safekeeping of the borrowed books. In case of loss or damage, users are required to pay the cost of the book or replace it with a new copy.

7) Silence and Discipline – Users are required to maintain silence and discipline inside the library. Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode and calls should be attended outside the library.

8) No Food and Drinks – Users are not allowed to bring food, drinks, or any other eatables inside the library.

9) Reference Section – Reference books, journals, and periodicals are not issued for home use. Users can refer to these resources inside the library.

10) Personal Belongings – Users are not allowed to bring personal belongings such as bags, umbrellas, and raincoats inside the library. These items must be kept outside in the designated area.
