The designated Public Information Officer (PIO) for our college is Mr. Manoj G. Kale, Head Clark, Vinayak Vidnyan Mahavidyalaya Nandgaon Khandeshwar, Dist. Amravati. He is responsible for handling RTI queries related to different departments or functions of the college. To file an RTI application, you need to submit a written request to the PIO, along with a demand draft or Indian Postal Order (IPO) of Rs. 10 as an application fee.

Details of the information sought
The period to which the information relates

The PIO is required to respond to your application within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application. In case of a delay or unsatisfactory response, you can appeal to the Appellate Authority.
The Act provides for certain exemptions from disclosure of information, such as information related to national security, personal privacy, commercial interests, and intellectual property rights. Please note that we will comply with all provisions of the Act regarding the disclosure of information.
If you are not satisfied with the response of the PIO, you can file an appeal with the Appellate Authority, Dr. Alka A. Bhise, Principal, Vinayak Vidnyan Mahavidyalaya Nandgaon Khandeshwar, Dist. Amravati within 30 days from the date of receipt of the PIO’s response. If you still do not receive a satisfactory response, you can file a complaint with the Maharashtra Information Commission.
