The Training, Placement Career Counselling, Guidance and Entrepreneurship Cell of Vinayak Vidnyan Mahavidyalaya , Nandgaon Khanhdeswar was establish with a view to provide the exposure to the studnets aspiring for the industrial Jobs, Internships and guidance in perceiving career in differents fields and sectors. The institute is predominantly serves the studnets from the remote villages of Nandgaon Khanhdeshwar Taluka, hence the lack of information towards the opportunities after Graduation is seen among most of the students. The internet though available but penetrance is not good and thus the smart use of internet service sis again big issue among the studnets. The Cell thus guides the studnets to get the first hand information about various jobs opportunities,Organises Placement Drive of near by industries , Conducts talks to create awareness about various exams to perceive after Graduation and also personally councell the studnets towards their goal and dreams.
