EXAMINATION

1. Attendance for the following exams is mandatory for all students: unit tests, as per the schedule set by the examination committee, and the annual preliminary exams in the second week of September and February.
2. Students who are absent from the exams without a valid reason or permission will face a fine, in addition to any other disciplinary actions. Scores lower than 20% in any of the exams will be considered as an absence and will result in penalties.
3. Conversely, students who consistently demonstrate good performance in all unit tests and annual preliminary exams will be rewarded with incentives.

1. Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University has enacted an ordinance (No. 1/85, amended by ordinance nos. 7/1987, 8/1990, 2/2001) to award incentive marks to students who participate in extracurricular activities, as listed.
2. The incentive marks can be up to a maximum of 5% of the total marks of all papers combined.
3. The incentive marks earned by the student may be added to the marks of one subject to meet the minimum passing marks, if necessary. If not needed, they will be added to the total marks earned
